Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to locate the form to create new party site use

Hello,

I am trying to add a new party site use "Installed-At". I thought it was seeded, but I am unable to see that in our environment.

We are having new site uses that should not be used as "Bill-to" or "Ship-to". These are the locations where the device could be installed.

I checked the Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser and Oracle Customers Online Superuser responsibility, but could not find the setup.

Can you please help me recollect where the function has been moved to in R12?
