Issue with amounts in P512000 Job Status Inquiry-User Defined Columns

I am not that much in to the application P512000.

An end user querying us that he is receiving incorrect (as far as he knows) values when he runs the application with different dates 'From Date/Period' and 'Thru

Date/Period'.

I confused when I looked at the above table got from analysis.

The analysis A06 should give an amount higher than that of A05. Because it is for 7 years but it returns less records.

Our current financial year is 2016. I think, if we mix other records with current fiscal year, it returns something strange.
