Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Customizing Actions Menu in Quick Sales Order Form in Order Management through Form Personalization

Hello Experts

I am looking for a way to customize the Actions Menu in Quick Sales Order Form in Order Management through Form Personalization.

Based on certain condition, I am trying to hide Add Customer Menu Item.

I cannot do Menu Exclusions because it doesn't let me use the menu at all on the form.

Please suggest or share your ideas that can help me implement this.
