Journal Header information missing in GL_JE_Headers

Hi,

A user reported that journal imported from Payables and Cost Management is not displayed in GL. When we checked, we found that the journal exists in GL_JE_BATCHES and GL_JE_LINES but the header information is missing.

We have come across this issue for the first time. Please advise what needs to be done and why this happened.
