Pending Transactions stuck with allocated status

Hi all,

I have some transactions (WIP component issue, Subinventory Transfer) in the pending transactions stuck with Transaction Status == Allocated, I tried to resubmit them in the appication but nothing happened, also tried using update and nothing.

I would like to understand what does it means this status and how these transactions can be processed

Here some values from Pending transactions
