R077021 Payroll History Report Fixes

Finance did a clean up and voided some payroll checks of terminated employees.  I ran the R077021 and it's coming up with error messages 0101Taxable Wage less than tax.  These are all terminated employees,  I have read the details on how to fix the error messages, but it does not register what it says to do.

Is there a process that would eliminate this in the future?

How do you fix for terminated employees?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
