Reinstating Certification

Hi,

The requirement is such (a) if there is an incident that requires further investigation, the current certification has to be cancelled and (b) If the investigation outcome meant the certification has to be reinstated (i.e. the system should reflect the same due date, expiry date and completion date of the certification before cancellation).

For (a), The Learning Administrator can unsubscribe the Learner certification. The system updates the Subscription status to "Cancelled" and the Period Status to "Cancelled" (as expected)

For (b), When the Learning Administrator updates the subscription as "Certified", the system creates a new period but doesn't accept the previous due date. Also there is no option to override the "Completion Date" and the "Expiration Date".
