Online Patching Readiness and GSCC report output question

I'm currently upgrading our EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5.  I've just finished the 12.2 upgrade portion and according to the upgrade guide (E48839-11), I need to enable online patching before moving on to the latest RUP patch.

On page 4-3, it details running the Online Patching Readiness and GSCC Report Patch.  Part of that process is a script called ADZDDBCC.sql which lists items that need to be fixed prior to enabling online patching.  The output is a bit confusing...

The first section that has failures in for Invalid Objects.  After the 12.2 upgrade, I'm left with almost 1000 invalid objects.  I was told to ignore them until I'm finished with the 12.2.5 RUP.  But the script calls these out as P1 violations, which must be fixed?
