Sales Order Status Email

Hi,

I want to email to user if sales order in a specific status (LAST). Is it possible if I use JDE Work Flow process. Need HELP how to set up Work Flow.

Or any other idea so I can email automatically if sales order line is in specific status.

Any HELP will be appreciated.
