Seeded Manager Self Service functions not working for me

Hi Experts,

I am implementing Manager Self Service in Oracle 12.1.3 in my organization.

We are currently on RUP8.

I assigned myself the following responsibility: Manager Self-Service

Trying to use functions such as Change job, Change Manager. I can view my employees reporting to me when i select the Change Job/Change Manager function. However when i click the Action icon, it takes me to the Perform Actions page and there are no actions listed. So finally the change job/change manager function itself is not appearing.

Just trying to understand what am i missing?

Do I need set HR: Manager Actions Menu, HR: Personal Actions Menu for the seeded Manager Self-Service responsibility also?
