Sample Group Created after Delivery transaction

Hi

1- Create a Spec for item x , with supplier Validity rule , Both approved for general use.

2- Create PO with this item X.

3- Receive it in the receiving area .

4- This will create a sample group and fire notification to the quality user to get his sample , Provide results then accept it for example.

5-Deliver the item in the desired sub inventory.

6- Here is our problem , the Deliver transaction Creates Other sample group , which actually we don't need .

Any way to stop creating empty sample group after the DELIVER Transaction ?
