Latch free for session in v$session_wait

9.2.0.8 - Solaris  

Hi,

We have a job that takes 3-4 hours instead of just ten minutes. We have migrated the database using exp/imp from VMS to Solaris. The session running the job seems to be waiting for "latch free".

Any ideas on where to start?
