Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

Export expdp Tuning Tips

says "You can [parallelize your export to degree cpu_count-1"

But,

says "

Set the degree of parallelism to two times the number of CPUs, then tune fromthere."

I personally feel , first link makes sense.

What do you think? for both RAC and non-RAC systems?
