Tasks/Suggestions for a Move Order not happening

Hi,

 

After creating Move Orders the allocations are happening for the items and also the tasks are being created using API. But in few cases the tasks are not getting created (Through API and through application (Transact Move Order screen) as well )for the same items for which the tasks were getting created. This is happening intermittently.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
