Wrong codes displayed in LINE 15 on 1095C

Hello,

We are in process of testing the 1095-C and while we try to print the form for an employee who is covered for all 12 months on the same rate and plan, we see wong codes displayed in the LINE 15 from the month of September.

We are seeing 105 for Sep and Oct & 127.53 for the month of Nov and Dec, whereas Line 16 as 2c from Sep till Dec. The amount we are seeing in Line 15  has nothing to do with actual premium amount.

Can anyone please advise on this.

Note: we are in 11.5.10.2 version
