Mass Retirement - deselect one asset from the group of assets ready to retire

When the Mass Retirement batch has been created and has not yet been posted, is there a way to remove one of the assets that was pulled into the mass asset retirement?

Perhaps a change to the status of that asset in the prepare screens for the particular asset?
