R47131 - EDI Inbound PO Change UBE Runs Forever

Hello,

I am trying to update an order's dates and quantity using the 860 process.  When I ran R47131 with Net Change set to NOT apply changes to F4201 and F4211 files, the job finished successfully with the Change Report showing exactly what was changed.  However, when turn on Net Change to apply changes, the job just kept running and never ended.  I had to terminate it in the end.

Any idea why this is happening?

I have TPUR at 05 in the PO Change Header file (F47131) and CHGC at CA in the Detail file (F47132).
