Time Base workflow in Oracle CRM on Demand

Hi,

I am looking for the time base workflow, to trigger an email notification.

The email notification, should get triggered on the Due Date, and user can change the due date  from today, for example if the Due Date is set to to April - 30- 2016, and Today is April-14. So use can change the due date to April -25 or May 15. i.e any date which is greater than April-14, and Email Notification should be triggered on the Due Date.

The Approach which I have used to have 3 workflow, this Approach was defined in one of the blog, however it only take into consideration Future date, but if the date is revised to pre pond, it does not trigger the email,
