Business function is failing on local development web on Windows Terminal Server 2012

Hi All,

Business function is failing with below attached error on local development web on Windows Terminal Server 2012. while checking same applications are running fine on other fat clients. i tried to reinstall fat client but no luck.

Could someone have any idea about this?
