What is the purpose of NEW table CSI_OMFULFILLED_ORDER_LINES in 12.2.x?

We are planning to implement 12.2.5 and I have found this new table that did not exist in 12.1.2 or our 12.1.3 instance. I find ZERO information when searching metalink, etrm or even google.

My guess is that non-shippable items will interface to this table in lieu of interfacing to the new csi_transactions_interface table. Is that correct?

Please provide the details regarding this table, it would be nice if etrm were updated to reflect the new tables and columns in 12.2.5.
