Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I HAVE ORACLE 11.2.0.1 AND NEED TO PATCH AND UPGRADE IT , I SEE THE HIGHEST IS 11.2.0.4, THE ONLY FILE I SEE IS p13423278_112010_MSWIN-x86-64

SO THIS IS THE ONLY ONE, IS IT A PATCH OR UPGRADE, HOW CAN I SEARCH/FIND IT?

HOW CAN I INSTALL IT?
