Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

error ORA-12547 after successful database software installation while creating a database using dbca

We are about installing Oracle 12.1.0.2 under AIX 7100-04-01-1543. After successful installaion of Oracle 12.1.0.2 GRID and database Software we installed the last patchsets - p21948354_121020_AIX64-5L.zip and p22191349_121020_AIX64-5L.zip

We configured server follow:

1.      "Database Quick Installation Guide for IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-Bit)"

2.      Oracle Database (RDBMS) on Unix AIX,HP-UX,Linux,Solaris and MS Windows Operating Systems Installation and Configuration Requirements Quick Reference (12.1) (Doc ID 1587357.1).

3.      Oracle 12.1.x and 11.2.0.4 Database Performance Considerations with AIX on POWER8. , IBM Oracle International Competency Center, January 2016

4.      Oracle Database 12c R1 Oracle Database 12c R1 Oracle Database 12c R1 Oracle Database 12c R1, IBM Oracle International Competency Center, January 2016
