Specific business requirement for Rolling/copying series data.

We have a requirement that business wants to copy data of the series "final forecast" to another series.
The another series would be named
"Final forecast snapshot Jan",
"Final forecast snapshot Feb",
"Final forecast snapshot Mar",
"Final forecast snapshot Apr" ....  "Final forecast snapshot Dec"

and requirement is like this. In April the data from "Final Forecast" should goes in "Final forecast snapshot Apr",
Similarly in MAY data from "Final forecast" should goes in "Final forecast snapshot MAY".

Could you please let me know if this is possible? and if possible then how to achieve this.
