HFM 11.1.2.4 error 'ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an e

Hi Everyone,

In HFM 11.1.2.4 we are getting the below error while opening the application. Oracle suggested to apply 11.1.2.4.200 patch but it did not work.

HFM 11.1.2.4 error. "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #6'

We have tried below steps, still we the issue has not been resolved

1)      Applied  the Patch  : 21225611

2)      Cleared the User Parameters in Oracle DB

3)      Truncated the HSV_Activity_No_Access table for deleting rows as this will remove all records of disabled applications and disabled application servers or clusters

4)      Cleared unnecessary JSP Files
