Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. we have word 2010 32 bit , on tools release 8.54.10

HCM version 9.2

In word, opening an RTF file to edit, the BI publisher options are grey, see attached

i did the reinstall from a previous note here, and it seems to be looking for word 2007, when we have 2010

what do we need to do to get BI Publisher to work with our word and NOT be grey
