AST_NO_ACCESS error

Hi,

I am not able to create a Asset line for a Lease Contract because LOV of the Install Site is null and this field is required.

Path to reproduce the issue Lease > Operations > Contracts > Configuration > Create Asset

For this issue, I found a lot of metalink docs (Doc ID 275748.1, 1180539.1) and I followed them (steps to be done in CRM Resource Manager, Telesales Manager) but still the issue persists.

Please give me some other suggestions to resolve the issue, we have to go live next week.
