PBCS Security Group Setup [SV Member Select Issue]

In the latest version of PBCS and Smartview, anyone experiencing this issue where it's listing the correct members (highlighted in yellow) based on the security group setup, but ALSO the 0-level members FROM that hierarchy?

Looks like a bug to me, but curious if it may actually be a setting in PBCS that I don't know about.
