BI Publisher RTF - Repeat couple of columns only once per page while other columns will show for eac

Hi Kevin -

I have seen various interesting posts from you regarding RTF and would need help for a scenario. I have a requirement to suppress a few columns - hence, those should only repeat once per page while other columns may repeat for each row. I will also attach the sample PDF output that I am planning to achieve and also the XML file. In the sample PDF, you would see that the first two columns(Association and Fund) are repeated only once whereas other columns are shown as is.

Could you please help.
