entities metadata load to HFM takes long time

Hi,

We load metadata from DRM to HFM 11.1.2.4 for each monthly close process. We have over 11k entities with more than 50k member-parent combinations due to alternate hierarchies. Since we have Org by Period enabled, we are constrained to load metadata using Merge option. (DRM does not preserve load entity relationships.) Since volume of metadata (As well as data) is huge for us, right now it is taking over 1.5 hours to load metadata app file in merge mode.

Questions:

1. Any suggestions to fasten the process?

2. How can we do incremental load with complete app file that we extract from DRM ?
