JDE and OTM Integration

Hi,

In our business when the business ship the goods the ownership lies with the company for some time depending on the INCOTERMS such as DAP.

My query is how should i show the inventory in my books for certain period of time.

If i am relieveing the inventory at the time of ship confirm inventory goes out of my books and if i donot relieve inventory it shows as committed.How the business understand that the goods are in Transit.

Please not we are integrating with OTM and JDE Transportation module is not used.
