Eloqua For Starters..!!..??

Hi All,

I am new to Eloqua Product. I have started learning it by hearing some presentations in Oracle website trainings. I have siebel background.

I have to suggest client this Product for their marketing automation needs. I want to know the following:

1. Incase of bespoke requirements - What is the list of objects that developers can work upon to fit certain requirements (for eg - in siebel -> we create New BC's, BO, Workflows, Create New table , New Coloumns. Is the same the case with eloqua too.

2. Is there any tools for Eloqua developers for doing Eloqua development.

3. Can anyone share me a design document of Eloqua Project @
