Unable to personalize the prompt of a text in OAF page

Hi,

I am trying to rename the text displayed on the OAF page from 'View Entitlement Balances' to 'Hover here to View Vacation Balances'.

Basically, the item here is a popup i.e., whenever I hover over the text 'View Entitlement Balances', it pops up the region from Absence page to display the balance.

I would like to make it a bit user understandable by making this change to the prompt. Although, for a strange reason, I am unable to find the appropriate attribute value to be updated to apply this.

As I have described in the attachment, when I change the 'Message Styled Text' item's prompt to 'Hover here to View Vacation Balances', it appends this text to 'View Entitlement Balances'. I have even tried the options of personalizing the 'title' attribute of the popup item, even that did not have any effect.
