No Standard Pack for Item
Client is using WMS/TMS. Whenever a sales order is saved the following error appears in our inbox. Client is not using standard packs and doesn't plan to. Any idea how to get this error to stop generating after order creation?
CAUSE:
A carton was not recommended for Item 102342 on Shipment 3231 because no standard pack information could be found. A recommendation was created for loose items in the F4615 Carton Recommendations table.
RESOLUTION:
Enter standard pack information for this Item/UOM in P460131 Standard Pack Revisions. The loose item recommendation that was created can be viewed and manually updated in P4615 Carton Recommendation Revisions.
