Managment of lease obligations in JDE

how to manage lease obligations in JDE from the lessee side of fence.  

Does Real Estate Module accommodate management of lease obligations?   or is it just from the landlord billing side of fence.

Can Fixed Assets and AP be setup to management lease obligations on property and equipment?

Cost structure on leases include

Base Rent :  with annual step-up increases ((Variable based on asset/contract)

% Rent : % of total sales in excess of set break-point (Variable based on asset/contract)

Misc Expense (variable costs)
