how to clone pluggable db to another cdb using active or compress backupset

Hello,

I need to clone 7 pdbs from cdb1 to cdb2 cdb2 already have 7 pdbs running, so cdb2 will end up with 14 pdbs after I get confirmation that everything is good on new pdbs., Most solution talk about creating auxiliary instance but I already have a auxiliary db that I want to use. how can I just move/copy pluggables to already running cdb? I can not shut down source, I can only use active or pre-created rman backup full database?
