rwconverter: error while loading shared libraries: libhpi.so

EBS R12.1.3 running on RHEL 5 and trying to patch my app tier to JDK 7.

I'm following:

Document 393931.1 - Deploying JRE (Native Plug-in) for Windows Clients in EBS R12

Patches to apply when upgrading JDK7 via Doc ID 1467892.1

Doc ID 1591073.1 - Enhanced Jar Signing for Oracle E-Business Suite

I'm on Step 3.7: Rebuild Forms and Reports Executables (For Unix/Linux Only) of Doc ID 1467892.1 but I'm getting the above error.

I may get it on forms as well but I mistakenly picked reports first so this is where I'm at now.

adadmin fails here:

zx      reports/US      ZXTAXLOG.rdf
zx      reports/US      ZXXEUSL.rdf
