VCP 12.1.3 distributed db implementation

Hi,

We are currently on EBS 12.1.3 .   The db size is approx 1.2 TB .   We plan to implement in ASCP in a separate database.    The plan is as follows

EBS DB

VCP DB.

Apply all the required VCP patches in EBS db.   Clone this database and apps into a separate instance.    However, we do not want all the data from EBS instance.    Can you please let us know the best way to implement this architecture.
