Dynamic Label for YEAR

I am trying to design a form with dynamic labels which should have incremental YEAR number as a label. considering the First Year from one of the Date field.

Eg:

Date is 01 JAN 2016

Year Label: 2016

Year +1 Label: 2017

Year +2 Label: 2018 and so on...
