How to call 10g form from OAF custom page.

Hi,

After reading all documentation (i think) that comes with jdeveloper i started to exercise and after creating an OAF sample search page i tried to call a form using submit button or link but had no success. I read all posts and tutorials on how to call a form from OAF page and followed the instructions step by step. However my form is not opening, i manage to open the page but when i click the button it is loading for a while and then nothing, it stays on the page without opening anything.

Please let me know your thoughts on what might be causing this behavior.
