database em express url login page fails showing unknown characters

Hello everyone

I have just completed a fresh installation of oracle database 12c

At the end of the installation, it gives me the success message and the database em express url: https://machine-name:5500/em

But when I am trying to access the url, instead of giving me the login page it gives me a page with chinese and unknown characters

Can anybody please help?

This is what I obtain when the express url is run.

Is it something related to character set?
