Siebel Mobile(IP15) - Disconnected mode issues

Hi,

Trying to set up Siebel Mobile(servicem) in disconnected mode. Server components and mobile user have been setup.

However the folder hhsync does not have any data. bookshelf mentions about dmData.txt getting created. When does this file get created?

Did Db extract for the mobile user and trying to switch to disconnected mode for the first time, it resulted in the error: 'The sync node id is needed to synchronize'.

Need some help to identify what is missing here.(connected mode works fine)
