on update SR form Alert will pop up saying No Changes to apply , which is not correct .

Hi Guys , I am having a situation in oracle Forms Teleservice .,

Once you open SR form and user tries to update Requested by , Alert will pop up saying No Changes to apply which is not correct. 

Changes are done and successfully Applied , and it should not pop up 'No changes to save '

can someone please suggest something , as this issue is coming in production .
