OE_RESERVE_CONC_HOOK Functionality

Hello Experts

I am trying to modify the selection criteria of orders eligible for reservation using OE_RESERVE_CONC_HOOK package.

However, it seems that the logic is not even firing.

In order to debug the same, I created a custom table and trying to insert value in that table with the hook package. It is not even inserting data in the custom table.

Am I missing anything?

Please provide your valuable inputs.
