oracle RAC and Database core license on ODA

Hi everyone ;

currently we bought  Oracle ODA X5-2 and we plan to create ODA_base on ODA . but we need to define the needed cores per ODA_base VM.

with reference to  oracle sales team , they send to us the following :

product                                                                                                 quantity

Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - processor perpetual                            2

Oracle Real application cluster - processor perpetual                                   2

so what should Cpu cores per ODA_base ???? and how to configure it  by using oakcli configure oda_base or another command ????
