R4981 - Status Flow Error

We created a new order type / line type combination (SF/S) and modeled its order activity rules after (SO/S).  When trying to run freight update we are getting an error in the work center that the Status Flow is not setup.

The current detail line we are trying to process is at a 912 / 575 status and we are expecting freight update to move it to 580.

Any help would be appreciated.  This is tools and applications 9.1.
