Issue with Reference Processes when upgrade to 15.2.5

Has anyone had problems with the reference process after updating to 15.2.5?  We recently upgraded to 15.2.5.  I was upgrading a workflow in uDesigner.  After changing the workflow only I tried to mark it complete and I started getting reference process issues.  There was already a reference process item listed but it had a required field blank (Destination Element).  By the way it works in production that way.  When I try to update the Destination Element field with the picker I am using, it is not listed.  It appears that the minute we touch an existing design in udesigner we
