Project Guru I have scenario if any one experienced similar situation please share your expertise

Customer had two MFG companies are merge into one and they want to start consolidating their revenue & book of accounts thru Oracle. Client is integrating legacy billing system through Oracle Projects to facilitate invoicing and accounting.

My question to Project Experts has  anyone know how to do that ?
