Narrative View - Eliminating Blank Rows

I am creating a one column report that uses the Narrative View.  It includes an account address.  Within the account address it is possible to have three different address fields filled in, Address 1, 2 and 3.  However, some might be blank.  Much like addressing an envelope I don't want blank lines if there isn't any data in Address 2 or 3.  I haven't found much info on using the narrative view.  I did see it is possible to use the Case statement, but not being a programmer not sure how that would work or if it would work.  Appreciate
