JDE E1 9.1 Sales Orders for Services and Non-Stock Items

I did not see anything in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Sales Order Management Implementation Guide regarding SOs for services and/or non-stock items.

This would be a new business process for us and we were wondering if this is a feature in JDE E1 9.1?

If so, can someone point me to a document that explains the process and setup required?
