EBS 12.1.3 upgrade to 12.1.0.2 and Data mining question

We recently upgraded our EBS 12.1.3 database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 using DBUA

We had no errors/issues , but when I look at the components after the upgrade I see that Data Mining is still at 11.2.0.4 but valid, is this normal ?

The Interop doc indicates that we might get a warning regarding  dropping the DMSYS schema, but I did not get this when running the pre-upgrade script.

Also can you confirm that it's OK to get the OPTION OFF for OLAP and RAC
